Our dryer broke this week, and I was able to make an appointment and have it fixed all within the same day. Mike was lovely, fast, and efficient. Techman was a pleasure to deal with! We called them mid morning on a Friday and later that evening Mike showed up at our door. He able to fix our washer during that visit. The price was reasonable and the service was great! Our washer was only out of commission for a few hours which is amazing because with 2 small kids it's running almost everyday. Excellent customer service! Mike from the Aurora/Newmarket Techman was efficient and very helpful both in person and over the phone. We were able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Parts were ordered for my washing machine and quick repair was done. He even fixed my backwards dryer door that was driving me crazy for 2 years! Thanks again Mike! Very appreciated. Will be using Mike again for repairs!

Called Techman for the first time today to fix a Whirlpool dryer. I found the technician Mike and his apprentice Sam very good and knowledgeable. When I explained the problem on the phone, Mike made sure to bring parts with him. The cost to do the repair was very fair and for once I don't feel ripped off. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Called Techman for the first time when my refrigerator did not cool properly. Mike found a way to slot me in that very day, arrived promptly and within less than an hour, had changed the damaged part and got my refrigerator running. He provided great service at a reasonable price, saving my food and having to buy a new refrigerator! Highly recommended.

Called Techman for a dryer issue diagnosis. Scheduled a next day appointment and offered to call if an earlier window freed up. He did call for an earlier opportunity, but I was not available. Mike is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He provided information and perspective which I appreciated. He also provided helpful tips to extend appliance life.
