Sam was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came to repair my stove (the very next day after I called) and provided quick, thorough, and professional service from start to finish. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He walked me through the pricing upfront, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew how to properly start up and use my stove again before he left. Mike came within one hour of speaking with him about fixing my washing machine. He was very informative while he was working. Very thorough and methodical, he checked all functions of the machine and tested the new pump before putting it back together. I've never had a technician as meticulous as Mike; I will definitely reach out to him if any major appliance has an issue in the future.

Dryer maintenance: thorough, clean, and safe.
They are always honest, informative, and show you exactly what they are doing. We keep using Techman because they did a great job repairing our dishwasher, oven, and fridge. They also tell you when it is time to say goodbye to an appliance versus repairing it. UPDATE July ‘25: Once again, Techman repaired our second dishwasher. They even recommended a plumber for related work to get us back up and running.
